Simone has over 25 years’ experience in the food industry gaining experience in New Product Development, particularly flavour creation, packaging technology – metals packaging & shelf life, food safety systems & retailer’s requirements, auditing, dairy and quality management.

Her assistance includes New product development through to commercialisation, Writing food safety manuals to HACCP, CFMSR, Aldi, Woolworth, getting audit ready, Training of staff onsite, Conducting internal audits, Providing review of quality management system, New Labelling requirements, Testing requirements, Export manuals for dairy products, Assistance with CNCA approval, WHS compliance, advice for new start-up business owners.

Simone’s qualifications are B. App Science (Food Science & Technology), Cert IV Training & Assessment and she is a Registered Food Safety Auditor with RABQSA. She is a member of AIFST and Dairy Industry Association of Australia (DIAA)
